Chop your bell pepper horizontally until you have hollow pepper rings.
Set your ring down into the heated pan and crack an egg into the hollowed middle.
Season your egg with salt and pepper.
Once the egg begins to firm up and the yolk appears more solid, carefully flip the pepper and egg over to cook the other side.
Top the finished egg on a piece of toast or eat on its own for a tasty and refreshing breakfast.

Hello Rickie! No, I really don’t think skipping breakfast can cause allergy to anything.
Several months ago I made myself have breakfast every morning and the results are stunning: I lost some weight, I feel better, need less time to wake up and I’m more focused during the day. So, I advise all my friends at least to try not skipping breakfast.
I’m not hungry when I wake up, really don’t want anything but a cup of coffee. Should I make myself eat anyway?
